What do lovers of the locust have to look forward to this summer? In a word… me! I have brilliant new songs, a few new high notes, and a trumpet that looks like I bent it over my knee, because I did. As for the others members of the band… Chard learned a lot in prison this year including how to knit cozies for his graphic novels, Nathan decided that he should listen to more music than just show tunes, our new/old drummer Sam has entered puberty (see his facial hair for proof), and Francesco Bertucci, our fearful leader, has learned yet again what the rage of the panda feels like! Thats a figurative slap in the face with a bamboo rod!!!
But in all seriousness the band sounds great this year we are even going to practice. We have a new album Harvest of 2007, or ‘07, or whatever.
Stay Tuned for a list of facts about Locust Street Taxi members that will help you to see them in a more human light. Although we are rock stars we are NOT gods. Think of us more as demi-gods, like Hercules.
